What’s in the Box?

The Addicted to Sweat Workout consists of four DVDs. The DVDs are:

  • ATS Dance: Get Wet – This DVD teaches people the different steps they will need to learn for the workouts. You will learn the steps slowly, and then put them together to do the dance at full tempo. You will go through the process for several different dances. These dances are for different styles of music.
  • Jaw Breaker Towel: Slippery When Wet - This DVD will work out your abs, arms, back and core. You will use towels during the workout. Thus, you won’t have to spend money on equipment. Just open up your linen closet and you’ll have all the equipment you will need.
  • ATS Dance: Wet, WE, Wild – You will take the dance moves you learned on the first disc and build on them with this workout. This is a high powered workout and it can burn a lot of calories in a short period of time, so be ready to work hard.
  • Jaw Breaker Chair: Dripping Wet - You will sculpt, tone and tighten your entire body when you do this workout. Just make sure you have a chair handy, since you will need it to complete the moves. Just don’t expect to do any resting or relaxing in that chair. You will definitely get a full workout in with this DVD.

What to Expect

The workouts are fun and unique, and they feature some great music. Sadly, you won’t hear any of Madonna’s songs on the DVDs, but you will hear music that will get you pumped up and ready to go.

Of course, it’s not really about the music. It’s about the moves. The moves are difficult enough to keep you interested, and powerful enough to help you lose weight and tone up your body. If you want a great body, this program will be able to help you reach your goals, as long as you stick with it and work hard.

Overall, this is a solid program. You can have fun dancing around, and you will get to lose weight in the process.
